Trip for two to Paris Competition

Terms and conditions
1. This competition closes at midnight on Sunday August 31, 2008.
2. The prize is a two-night break to Paris staying on a bed and breakfast basis at a three-star Hotel.
3. The winner shall solely be responsible for all taxes, insurance, transfers not listed, spending money and other expenses (including meals not listed and beverages, car hire and other personal expenses).
4. Frontline Travel and Charlie Choy’s is not responsible for cancellation, delays or changes to flights or any other part of the prize or for the inability of the prizewinner to take up any part of the prize due to problems with flights, travel or any other factor outside Frontline Travel and Charlie Choy’s control.
5. The promotion is open to residents of the U.K. aged 18 and over.
6. The promotion is open to all existing registrants of Charlie Choy’s mailing list.
7. The promotion is not open to employees of Frontline Travel or Charlie Choy’s, their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the promotion.
8. Only one entry is allowed per person, no bulk or third party entries.
9. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete.
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Frontline Travel retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date. The winner is required to accept the prize within seven days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, Charlie Choy’s will re-draw and select a new winner (the same acceptance period will apply for the new winner).
12. The winner will be announced in our Charlie Choy’s September Newsletter and on their website thereafter.
13. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.
14. Frontline Travel and Charlie Choy’s cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the promotion. Nothing shall exclude Frontline Travel’s and Charlie Choy’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
15. Prize is subject to date restrictions, availability and restricted space.
16. Travel dates must be between 20 September 08 and 31 October 08.
17. The promotion will be governed by English law.
